1. Uh.. 2. Please 3. Try again. It's a simple riddle with a simple answer! It does not involve anything but you (one person) and the rooms and the light bulbs/switches. No money, no sidekicks, and definitely, no monkeys.

What the crap? If you can't see room A from room B how would a mirror help? Actually, the better question is: how would a mirror help at all?! Answer the question for what it is. It's not a super hard riddle. It's a SIMPLE riddle.

I got it! Why didn't I think of this sooner?!
None of the switches turn on any of the lightbulbs because, the lightbulbs are not screwed in.
Or. The lights work on a clapper. Those are my last tries.

What?!?! How does that even solve the problem? You have to figure out which switch turns on which lightbulb.

Ohhhh... this one is easy. Well, you see, you take a sledge hammer and just break down the walls. I mean, shit, if your really that determined to find out, you would do whatever it takes. ...and this way I wouldn't even need the one trip from room B to A, I can just see from room B to A, and then find out which light switch turns on which light bulb.
Heh, I guess Allen just isn't intelligent enough to riddle this brilliant brain. *Sigh*

To determine which switch turns on which light bulb you simply: Turn on one light switch, wait for a good 15 minutes, then you can either keep it on or leave it off. After the 15 minutes, turn on one light switch and leave the third one off. Go to the room with the light bulbs and feel which one is hot. The hot one will be Allen. I mean, the first light switch. And so on and so on. or You can quickly turn one light switch on and off for a good 15-30 minutes and break the light bulb. Then go to the other room to see which one is broken and you will have your match. EASY! Ready for the next one?
